Terrible slow! I have never waited that long for “ FAST” food. I won’t go back!
worst zaxby’s experience ever! the manager was super rude after we waited 30 min and then said something about out food sitting in the pass through they said they would re make it and then gave us the original cold food. the employees where to busy getting drinks and listening to music to move food. manager was mad and got a attitude when we asked why they where not passing out food that was prepared. we will not be back.
Horrible service. Waited for over 30 min. Food was wrong and salad had a bug in it. Yes a BUG in my salad. Don’t eat here!
Great customer service and good food
Customer service sucks. Order food online and still had to wait over 40 minutes to get the food. Most ridiculous and unprofessional customer service. I guess being a franchise they can treat people however they want, would give tune zero stars for this stupid service.
This place is awful. Just order online and get stuff for free
