My son and I went there last night... a staff was dancing in the drive thru window??? and we heard laughter when we got our meal... had two orders but would not give us any zaxbys sauce unless we pay 35 cents for each one.. we ordered sliders... we went home to eat and now this morning we have diarrhea and nauseated.... sooooooo we will NOT be back.....
Drove 15 miles for the new southern chicken sandwich. They didn’t have the filets to make the sandwich. Not apologetic, no explanation given, nothing. So we are eating Chic-Fil-A. Edit. Called and spoke to manager who offered free sandwiches, which I accepted. Went back today. Sandwiches were ok, but service still lacking. Waited 20 minutes AFTER placing order.
New location looks great! There were as many people in the drive thru as inside the dining area (lunch rush) but the Zaxby’s team kept up with the rush!! Great service!
