zax snack chicken pieces were much smaller than in the past. also overcooked. the fries were bigger/thicker than the chicken. fries were barely seasoned.

Worst customer service in town. 3 employees out smoking by the dumpster, cars wrapped around the building, and decide to not take my order at 8:57 after waiting in line for over 30 min watching 3 employees ride the clock till quitting time. Never again will I give them my business. They could have took the extra 5 min and accepted mine and 4 other customers business.
Excellent service. Trucker friendly. Awesome employees.
The drive thru wait time is ridiculous, not to mention there’s always going to be something wrong with your order. It is so disappointing.
