Absolute worst service I've ever had in a drive thru.
yesssssssss I just love me some Zaxby's mmmmm mmmmmm...... And i would love to be apart of theirt work team someday....
Worst experience ever!! service was horrible, staff was rude and after waiting 10 min our order was incorrect. The food was cold(fries,chicken & toast), The chicken salad was warm. Needless to say we will not be going back.
Zaxby's has very good Chicken the only thing I would like for them to do is to make their mild sauce less spicy. Because their mild sauce feels like Jalapenos.

Zaxby's is the chicken fast food restaurant of choice. They specialize in meals, snacks and salads. They don't sell bulk like other chicken places, not their thing. There really isn't anything bad on the menu. This location has the Magic Coke machine and soft crushed ice, their tea is very good. Meal deals (meat, side and drink) are under $7 and dinners are around $8 (drink extra).
