I Bought the traditional chicken buffalo wings you can tell they was sitting around for hours because they were all dried up they weren’t spicy enough The fries are pretty good the coleslaw was awful no flavor to the coleslaw Need to be taked off the menu Then was no flavor to the coleslaw
Waited in drive through, read the milkshake flavors off the menu to the three kids, picked what we wanted. Started to place our order. “Sorry we don’t survive that anymore.” Ok, what flavors do you still offer? “None, we stopped serving them.” Then we are done with our order and drove to CookOut. Then Take them off the Menu if your not serving them anymore!!!
It's a crying shame that workers like myself bust their ass off every day they work. That every manager that I have worked for with the exception of one has no problem with how I do my job. All have given me high praises for my work. It escapes my comprehension as to why I lost my job because of a manager that has had a personal vandeta against me gets me fire from my job because I don't kiss her ass like everyone else.
I love to eat at Zaxbys. The zalads are awesome as well as all the chicken sandwiches they serve.
They have bugs n I work here have pic if anyone wanna to see them the gm won't do nothing about it
Everytime I have ever been here the food is always great! The ladies at the drive through are so nice and polite and upbeat! Great job ladies!
Worst service ever, every single time! Rudeness from staff who could care less. You need a day to close and retrain staff. Will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
