Hendersonville Rd Zaxbys has the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered in my 20 yrs of life. My fiancé and I will never come back. Trashy place, trashy people.
Cashier stood on top of counter (with gym shoes on) to clean a sign. �
I love going there but they forgot my bread and the food was cold
The service was nice but the food was not so good. Toast was cold, chicken was cold. I ordered the House salad, the lettuce was brown and it had the onions *skins* sliced in it, yulk! I didn't eat it. But the side of onion rings were very good. It'll be a long time -if ever- that I eat at Zaxby's again.
We stopped at this Zaxby's on the way home from Tennessee on 12/23. The food was great as usual! But there were a few issues that caused a low review for me. This location will not allow you to get two sauces with your meal. Fine, I paid the $ 0.25 but am not used to having to do that for just one extra sauce. Then, the soda machine had not been maintained and they kept filling drinks from behind the counter which was annoying. We love the new soda machines! Love love love this place.. My family moved to Idaho and what they want for christmas is Zaxby's �. Wish I could send it from nc to idaho.
