continued issues with getting complete order...I was hesitant to try tonight and should have stuck with that feeling...as usual, part of the order is missing. Granted it's not a huge part, side order of toast...it's the fact that you never get an order 100% correct
this thursday we went to the zaxbys in rocky mount. the salads were fine, but my daughter had chicken fingers and cole slaw. she thought the cole slaw tasted funny so i went to the desk and asked for a "fresh" one. the worker, who was in charge took the container to the kitchen, obviously annoyed and came back with another she handed to me. no, im sorry, nothing. my daughter unfortunately took another bite and realized this one was also bad. that night she became violently ill. i worked in a restaurant for 15 years, we alway... read more
The food is very good. The only complaint I have is when I order online/over the phone for Tater Chips with Buffalo Dip, the Dip in not included in my order. This has happened the last two times I ordered, which is very disappointing since that's the main reason I order the Chips.
Drive thru service is horrible! Two weeks in a row the order is messed up . They leave out the sauce you requested and other items from the order. They are so busy rushing you to get your money and send you along that they dont care if your order is correct. All the manager does is offer free food. I dont need free food I need what I paid for. Major improvements needed in this drive thru!
