Literally the worst location ever.... so incompetent. Do not go to this location unless they have a change in management.
Myself and my girlfriend visited this Zaxbys tonight and purchased two of the celebration meals which plainly state a on the sign includes four chicken tenders. The woman taking our order informed us it came with three, then when we told her she was wrong she said oh it comes with five. After showing her the sign and her realizing she had no clue, she had to ask another employee where the button on the register was for the special. Heard about their awful treatment of employees! They also need to learn how to treat their customers. I waited for 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Today Sept 1st. 1 chicken sandwich! They said they were backed up today for lunch. I said thats fine. The girl said 10- 15 minutes. They even offered to walk it out to my motorcycle. I said great. Waited. The management at this establishment needs to learn how to treat their employees with respect. I will no longer be a customer!
I trekked out in the snow today with my son when we noticed signs of life in Zaxby's so we made our way up there through the drifts of snow to the door. One lone employee in there taking orders, cooking the food and taking care of everything by himself. He was working his tail off, the food was great and I was very impressed with that guy. Thumbs up!
