Waited an extended amount of time for my order. MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I noticed once I had gotten back to work, called to let them know, was told the lady could not do cash refunds. & since I am a nurse working 16s this week I didn't have time to come get it re made seeing as I'm not from the area and id already wasted 30 minutes and $15. Love Zaxbys. It's my favorite. Wish they had one in Harrisonburg.
I went to Zaxby's on Friday march 11, 2017 we waited an hour to get our food, there was a softball team there as well it took them 50 mins to an hour as well as they kept getting it wrong. When we got our food the manager said to us was sorry for your wait, the fries were cold and my chicken was warm won't be going back will drive to Salem store.
I like grill chicken sandwich over there.real chicken
So we waited at the counter for about 10 minutes while multiple employees walked passed us with no acknowledgement. Finally the girl working the drive thru yells to a lady in the chicken "you're gonna have to help them because I can't". So reluctantly and after a couple words mumble to the other worker in the kitchen she comes up there and takes our order (with the the kinda of customer service you can expect at this point).
