Terrible service!! I was pulled up to wait on my food, which is fine if it's gonna be hot and fresh. Waited 15 mins, then they brought my food out cold. Will not go back to this location.
Love the sauce. Fifty words is a lot of words. Good chicken.

Love Zaxby's today having honey mustard boneless wings & things!
Friendly staff, clean dining area , & very fast service. My order was taken as soon as I walked through the door & my food was ready within 10 minutes . I would definitely recommend this location.

I was charged for substituting chips for chips when you weren't suppose to. I wrote corporate. They didn't do anything. The manager called me said they informed the employees proper way to do that rung up. Never offered my money back. Poor customer relations. She said ok Zaxbys will be giving you wait no they won't sorry nothing else we can do. I know it was $2.49 plus tax more but on limited income that's a lot. I have not been Back there nor will I ever go back there. Don't eat there!
