Literally waited 25 minutes with only 1 other customer in the dining area when we ordered. #SuperSlow
Very disappointed! 8 of us went to this Zaxbys on Sunday 4/28/19 around 2:00 pm. Food ordered and was ready not too quick but not too slow either. I had ordered a fried Zax’s salad that I was looking forward to. My second bite with a piece of chicken tasted odd. I found a second piece of chicken that didn’t look right, it had buffalo sauce covering it. I took the salad back to the counter and asked for a manager and got my money back. Ordered wings and waited about 15-20 mins on my wings. Guy behind me ordered traditional wings and have been waiting for 10 mins and the manager came up to him and told him that they JUST put the wings down and it would be another 15mins after he’s already been waiting for 10 mins. They could of dropped them 10 mins ago but just then was dropping them. The manager was also rude about giving the refund, and the other employees didn’t even bother to help.
