Wish I could Post the picture of the fried mushrooms I received at the drive thru. It was a scant serving. To ask anyone to pay $4.29 is just a rip off. Never again.

I usually love it but they were out of bacon and barely put any buffalo sauce on my chicken in my salad.

Went to the one by the new Walmart. Again. Excellent customer service!! Delicious food. Will definitely go back. Again.

I use to work here years ago so I know the employees get trained well and customer satisfaction is top priority for his zaxbys ! I would rate a five bc I order my salad a bit unusual and this zaxbys is the only one to ever get it correct , but yesterday when I ordered my family's food they wedged my salad between two warm meals in the bag and my salad was warm and lettuce was yuck ..:/ accidents happen .. so next time bag salads separate;)
People are rude here. Sierra in the drive through, try to be a little nicer to people instead of saying "I'm waiting" when people dont order fast enough for you.
So tired of NOT getting what we ordered and paid for.
I love Zaxbys it's really good food. The people there are really nice and the food always comes out hot and ready.
