We love Zaxby’s. Grandkids like it too. We always get the grilled chicken “zalad”. Always fast. Great staff too. Thank you Zaxby’s!!
Seriously? Not even 9:30pm and they don't have any outside lights on? The sign by the road is dark, and there are no lights to see anything to order at the drive thru. Then I'm told it'll be an additional 12 minutes for wings?? I won't be back to this location since they obviously want to act like they're closed.
RecommendedClose to closing time but they made us feel welcome and did not rush us.
This location is always slow, but today it took 20 minutes to get 2 salads and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. After paying, I sat at the window for 10 minutes watching the workers horseplay, not even acknowledging the fact that I had been waiting for so long. Then I get home and find out that the salads aren’t even correct and was not given dressing for either.
you don’t put salt on your fries in the first place, so i asked for extra salt and they gave me an empty ramekin in my togo bag in the drive thru
