I eat at Zaxbys in the valley two to three times per week, but here lately, who ever is taking orders at the drive, is Justin rude. Cuts you off in the middle of your order, doesn't listen to you, and you have to repeat yourself constantly. The food is great and delicious, and the young lady at the window taking your money and handing me my order is as friendly and helpful as they come. However, the whoever is on the mic, needs some lessons on being professional, and good customer service!!!
Chicken is all they have. No bread, slaw, fries, or drinks. C'mon.....really????????
I loveee Zaxby’s!! But my past few experiences with the employees haven’t been so well. They have been overall rude. If you don’t like your job or can’t fake it til you make it you may need to consider finding one that does not deal with customers. Both times I’ve used the online ordering I’ve had issues a the first time was told online ordering only worked by the person coming inside. I had a Caesar Salad, no Crotons just put chopped up white bread on it instead! Very disappointed!

We are under new management and do not charge for water! I hope you come back and visit us again soon.
It seems like this location is lacking in customer service. I have not been satisfied the last few times we have eaten here. It seems kind of dirty. I hope the right store manager gets in there and cleans house before it closes like the Steak n Shake next door did.
Poor customer service and management! How do you forget to put chicken on a chicken salad!!
