Didn’t get my order right and when I called 12 times no one would answer the phone.
Recommendedfood is fresh and the salads are always crispy. and endless soda fountain !
Constantly have my order done wrong. Today, I even got a stabbed open ranch sauce with my order when I ordered zax sauce. I'm not one for complaining because I know how it is to work in fast food, but that was unacceptable.
Get the orders right and respond to customers when their orders are wrong
when you ask if I want a item with my order and reply yes, why is it not in my order. this is not very good service. I urge people not to visit this location.
Don't normally do this but I ordered grilled chicken fingers from zaxbys off of fob james and this is what I got it looks and taste like a rubber waffle and to add to this I waited 20 minutes for them to cook this and was almost late for work.

I will NEVER go back to this one ever again! When you have to wait in line for almost 10 mins for the car in front of you to finally finish ordering and when you finally get up there the girl tells you hmm we’re sorry and I even tried to explain to her that I had been in line for at least 10 mins and she gives you the same response.... ���.... yep NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR ME
