Worst ZAxby's ever. Food good. Service always bad. Need new managers.
It's too bad that I didn't have a good experience here being that it was my first time there ever. I ordered the new Chicken Cobb Salad with light ranch sauce. A big, green bug came crawling out of the lettuce right after I was already 95% done. Absolutely disgusting. That took away the rest of my appetite for the night. We placed an order for eat in and was given a number. After two numbers were called that were higher than ours my husband went to check about ours. They had placed it in a carry out bag and just left it on the counter. My fries were cold do I went up to the counter to have them replaced. The lady took them and threw them in the trash. Placed my order, paid for my order then waited 17 minutes to go back to counter to ask if my order was ready. Ridiculous and unnecessary. I will not eat here again. If I want chicken I will go to Chik-Fil-A. I will not suggest this restaurant to anyone.
I went there to celebrate Veteran's Day and was VERY displeased with the service in which I received. Zaxby's advertised a free sandwich in honoring our veteran's. I have always loved there salad and thought I would go there and partake in my free sandwich. I went through the drive thru at 10:10pm on friday night and ordered a $10 large chicken finger plate. I waited with one car in front of me for 25 minutes. I would've pulled out and left, but I didn't have enough room. The girl at the window did apologize and say the food was fresh. I finally got home to eat after an 18 hr work day and found that the chicken strips were over cooked and very tough. The fries were very soggy and under cooked. The toast was ok. I just ate it.
