They suck. Seriously don’t know how they stay open. Screwed my food up for the 5th time last night. I call and they said to bring receipt back they would replace it. I called as soon as I was home and they were closed at that time. RecommendedThe drive thru was long but worth the wait. The lady taking our order was polite and helpful. The food was hot and exactly as ordered.
This was my Big Snak. This definitely wasn’t worth the money almost $8.00. Scarce on the fries and the 3 chicken PCs were so small. Compare it to the fry next to it. Total rip off. Nothing like the other locations. And the chicken had a bad taste to it. It tasted like a cleaner was sprayed on it. I threw it out. The other locations food is plentiful, hot and great tasting.
This place is a joke!!! I understand why there are never cars in the parking lot. This business must just be a huge write off for somebody. Employee on the drive thru had me repeat my single sandwich order 3 times and then laughed and asked me what kind of drink???? No drink, just the sandwich....."Would you like to try own southern style chicken sandwich?" OMG, I've only asked for that 4 times now....No, I do not want anything from this place! It doesn’t make ANY sense to go through a drive thru and have to wait 30+ minutes EVERY TIME. Just ridiculous.
Went through the drive-through, they gave me the wrong order twice and the dude acted like it was my fault.. then I get raw fries. :(
service is awful. Terribly slow, and dont even care. It took me 30 minutes to get a salad and boneless wings. The manger couldnt have cared less, did t even apologize for my wait. several other people were there waiting as long as I was and were complaining out loud about it as well.
