Quality of Buffalo fingers on Buffalo Blue Zalad has gone down. Definitely not enough sauce & not crispy enough.
Downhill – I have been eating at Zaxy's for about 7 years and have to say that it has really gone downhill. I think they have gone through a few changes in staff and while its not at its worst, the staff is not as inviting and food is generally served in skimpy portions and is frequently overcooked. I can really tell the difference when I eat at Zaxby's in other cities.
