I love Zaxbys. Their food is great. However, I'm tired of getting cold fries thru the drive thru. You wouldn't serve me cold anything if I was dining inside. You simply take the chance I will carry on and I do because I'm ON MY WAY TO WORK. But, I have zero complaints and the staff. Always very friendly. They give me those cold fries with a smile.
Charge me for the wrong order had me sitting almost an hr before knowing I was charged for the wrong order. My fries were cold instead dropping fresh fries they gave me cold fries smh.
Gave me burnt egg rolls
Josh was nice and the food was good, always have a good time at this location!
