The associates had no sense of urgency even though there was a growing line of customers. My number was never called out so after 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter and asked if my ticket was ready. The gentleman in the striped shirt and long dreads said yes ma’am then turned around to the back counter and handed me my food. There was no apologies or explanations. They rang me up for the wrong order and gave me that order. Went back though the line and they gave me my correct order and didn’t even apologize AND ignored the price difference. WHERE IS MY MONEY ZAXBY’S!?

The customer service is TERRIBLE! The inside of the restaurant isn’t clean...
Took 25 minutes to receive our order. There had to be at least 10 other people waiting on their food. No manager in sight. No explication as to why it took so long. No apologies given. The floor was very dirty around the drink area. Water all over the floor.

My bread for my 3 lil chicken sandwiches was SO BURNT you could smell it before I even opened my box.... I WILL NEVER GO BACK Zaxby's. I fed it to my dogs then went and got myself sushi.

Two employees sat down in the booth next to us and one had their cell phone conversation on SPEAKER! It was obviously entertaining to them, but definitely not to us.
Plastic in my food ...glad I didn't choke and die .... had no zero star to give
