We have paid for so many zaxbys sauces, so very many. Every time since Covid, it seems they put us in a parking space and bring our meal out (which is otherwise wonderful by the way) and always forget our sauce. We cannot go back around unless we want our food to get cold waiting in a super long line (seriously, what is Chick Fil A doing that you aren’t?) and your dining area is closed so we can’t go in and ask for our sauces. Ordered a 20 piece family pack and got two kids orders and a 4 piece meal. Wasn’t given a receipt to leave a review online. Even asked the girl at the window if it was right since the last visit, the exact same thing happened, and she said yes. Great job zaxbys.

The service was horrible. My husband order was wrong and we got more than we ordered. The food was ok but definitely needs improvement on cleanliness with the tables and the bathroom. And to add grilled chicken to your menu except just on your salads.
I was pumped to try the new Caribbean jerk wings because they look so good in the ad. Well.... the picture I posted is what was advertised vs. what I received. Very disappointed.
The salad was the best, ever.
Just had the best customer service here. We went through the drive through and ordered the fried cheese bites. Pulled up to the window and they said they were out. The manager gave us a free meal card, chocolate chip cookies and told us to come tomorrow and she’d give us the cheese bites free. She apologized many times and was super sweet. Very friendly and great customer service!!
