Great experience I've read a lot of negative reviews, but my fiance purchased my engagement ring with no problems and the service was excellent according to him. We followed up this purchase with a custom band to match and I was pleased with the entire experience.

JW Zavius Jewelers is great! I drove all the way down from Milwaukee just to work with Luis. He had made my sisters engagement ring years ago and wanted to have him make my wedding bands. Luis did an amazing job with my custom made wedding bands! I was so very happy and incredibly surprised how beautiful and precise the bands were against my engagement ring. We had a set budget and compared several local jewelry stores in the area and we found that Zavius offered us the most for our money. Not only did we get exactly what we had hoped for within our budget, but we were very involved in the design process with the owner, Luis. BUYER BEWARE! Don't be the next victim.... – Stay away from this place! We got scammed over 12 years ago and I can't believe this place is still in business. They will REALLY get you if you're looking to design your own jewelry. They show you all kinds of amazing stones for fair prices and then the finished product will result in poor quality stones.
