This office has zero accountability! The front office lady is very rude and confrontational on the phone as soon as you start talking. She then gets defensive when you ask her to tone her voice down. I simple don’t understand why offices have such rude and aggressive front staff dealing with sick patients and their health at their most vulnerable states.
