If I could give Forest Hills Oral Surgery Dental Practice ten (10) stars, I would! I originally had a consultation with Dr. Zats in his Brooklyn office to find out he has an office in Forest Hills, literally up the block from my home. I contacted Flora, the office manager and she promptly transferred all of my paperwork to the Forest Hills location. I called to make a first time appointment. I was so surprised and turned off by the staff’s rudeness and unprofessionalism. It was like dealing with caddy young girls over a simple misunderstanding. Instead of listening she assumed making the conversation very difficult. So sad because of physician may be great but the office staff is a big turn off. I canceled my appointment and will not recommend this office at all!
Dr. Boris Zats is an awesome Oral Surgeon ..always makes you feel comfortable..prepares you for whats going to happen. Bonnie the dental assistance is the sweetest person...always pleasant & kind. Would score a 10 but only 5 stars is available.
I went to Doctor Zats for a few extractions and implants. I was greeted by a staff of very courteous professionals. I can not speak highly enough of Doctor Zats. I was always terrorized of seeing a dentist but Doctor Zats made me overcome all the fear. He is extremely competent, efficient, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work.
