The therapy are trulry woundful.but i had appointment on 3/2/24.the rep at the desk told i needed a new script.call my doctor it was mail out that day i recieved that monday.i was scheduled for 3/16.the rep called me 3/12 and told i was not covered by anthem for this appointment.i was change $120 for 3/2 appointment.if my authorization was not approved or you didn't receive it why let me get service on 3/12. Zarett Rehab was recommended to me by my orthopedist. My orthopedist said it was the best place to have physical therapy and now I know why. The attention from the staff made me feel like I was the only patient. I received 1 on 1 attention each visit from a trained therapist. At the end of each physical therapy visit I was seen by a massage therapist, who provided a message tailored to my injury. For all these reasons, if you have to have physical therapy Zarett Rehab should be your first choice.
