The therapy are trulry woundful.but i had appointment on 3/2/24.the rep at the desk told i needed a new script.call my doctor it was mail out that day i recieved that monday.i was scheduled for 3/16.the rep called me 3/12 and told i was not covered by anthem for this appointment.i was change $120 for 3/2 appointment.if my authorization was not approved or you didn't receive it why let me get service on 3/12.
