I’ve used Zaremba to renovate my backyard and front yard in two separate projects. Their design work is exceptional. The concept drawings vs the real thing is spot on. The quality of their materials is first-rate. Their people do amazing work. The level of service and communication was super. I hired Zaremba and Co to do a refresh of my front yard and fix some erosion issues I was having on a hill in my backyard. Their people were fantastic. They worked quickly so that the projects didn’t drag on, Patrick’s attention to detail was evident in everything they did. And most importantly they treated my house as if it was their own. I contacted Patrick in May of 21 to design a landscape plan for my home in Bloomfield Hills. I initially indicated a budget of 50-100 thousand dollars. The plan that was presented to me was wonderful. Everything was exactly as I had hoped. Felt optimistic about starting this project. Then the bait and switch came. The plan I was shown was roughly 350000! They said they would pare it down and I actually increased my budget to 150000 to accommodate them!
