I am an owner at one of the condos Zaran Sayre manages and I am not happy with their services. I have asked for a very simple request and I have not receievd what I have asked for. I certainly hope this is not the service one can expect to receive should there be any real problems. The customer service is less than acceptable.
they would charge you for everything, even its for thier own property such as fixing heater. Deposit, forget about it, don’t even think of getting anything back. really bad place to deal with.

I am an unhappy tenant who needed a quiet rental for a couple years to do some writing in between selling one house & deciding where to buy another. They do not value their customers & have gone through 3 property managers in the short time I have been a tenant. My 2 neighbors have the same complaints about the property managers who are rude, disrepectful, and confrontational with the tenants about repairs. Not to mention the l... read more
