I used to rent from them for years and I am still in the commercial space they found me but it's different management now. One day I walked in to find a new house to rent, this guy was very dismissive towards me and said in a highly condescending tone that "Everything has a long waiting list right now." as if he were annoyed by my very presence. I could not believe how nasty he was towards me. He couldn't even fake being nice.

I am a business owner, long time home renter, and pride myself on being a great "reader" of people. horrible company. they upped the rent 70% in 4 months. and didn't stick to any of the end of our agreements. our apartment had no heat. and a 6 year old and a 1 year old. the deal was when they took over our apartment was that they would replace our dishwasher. it never happened. it was a part of upping the rent to fix the under line problems. we never had heat in our unit. the windows where literally falling out the frames. they said they would be replaced. it didn't happen. someone bumped into our mailboxes. it took them 2... read more

I am an owner at one of the condos Zaran Sayre manages and I am not happy with their services. I have asked for a very simple request and I have not receievd what I have asked for. I certainly hope this is not the service one can expect to receive should there be any real problems. The customer service is less than acceptable.

They say that moving, and changing jobs leads to so much stress in life recently I've had to do both. However Zaran Sayre & Associates have taken that all away with a smooth wonderful transition into an apartment that I absolutely love. Also a big thank you to my property manager and staff.

this company puts profit over people. after taking over madrona park apartments in tacoma in december 2017, they hiked up the rent by 60-100% on all of the tenants, with the rent increase going into effect in a single month's time. they have done little more than (attempt at) repainting the outside of the apartments. there have been no upgrades to the unit, the parking lot, or any other part of the tenants' apartments. most of their tenants have been long-time residents of this apartments and are now being forced to move! wh... read more

they would charge you for everything, even its for thier own property such as fixing heater. Deposit, forget about it, don’t even think of getting anything back. really bad place to deal with.
