I really wanted to love this place but I had the worst experience ever. The receptionist was super sweet when I called & told me to go in right away since they didn’t have a wait. I hadn’t chosen a color but was told I could look while I was sitting down. As soon as I sat down, the older man started soaking my nails, so I didn’t have the opportunity to look at the colors. I’ve been going here for a while, and this last time it was a very bad experience. Not sure if this guy is new but it was this older man. He took forever to just do a French tip on my nails, and the lines are sooo crooked the nude coat was horrible too you can see where he did my filing, he kept burning me, and I don’t want to go back.

Very disappointed! I just had my pearl tip nails done exactly 1 week and all my nails are lifting. My pedicure was nice & relaxing but it would be nice if they let you soak a little before starting the process.
