Just NO! This has to be the WORST Zara I’ve ever been to! There is this one girl who kept following me around that worked theee SUPER creepy and awkward. I don’t need to steal, weird girl I make more money in a month that you and your whole family make combined in a year. Do better Zara, that whole area is giving low budget
Typical shopping experience. Kind of difficult to get to if you’re coming from the parking structure but it’s expected in LA. Out of bags so they gave me a tiny little bag that didn’t fit anything and had to walk to the women’s side since the ticket validation machine was broken.
Zero star. The shopping experience at this ZARA was extremely disappointing. The staff showed a very poor attitude and lacked basic respect and patience toward customers. Even worse, the security guard behaved in a rude and hostile manner, which felt discriminatory and targeted. The entire experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping at this location.
The downtown Zara is my favorite store in Los Angeles. The store is always very well-maintained compared to other Zara stores. They keep all the clothes tidy and organized. I’ve never seen the store look as messy as the others. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to check whether they have the item you’re looking for in the back.
