I love this Zara, well stocked and the kids section is fantastic.
The girl who works on the men’s side is consistently rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. I’ve had around six negative interactions with her now. She avoids eye contact while customers are waiting, walks away when asked for basic help like sizing, and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere every time I’m in store. Customer service shouldn’t feel this dismissive or hostile. It’s honestly putting me off coming back. Not only is she miserable as hell but also looks it. Bad energy!!
Zara at the Grove is one of the best places to go for fashion forward style. The staff is incredible on 4/29 and 4/30 I had the opportunity to work with an alert group of associates managed by Marcos! The team in Yulia, Tommy, Jean Luis,Deigo,Miranda, Sarah, and Salon. I'm so grateful to these individuals because they treated with respect and care first of all ! I mentioned them also because during my visits I needed to exchange items and purchase other items.
