Great place to buy clothes, but their customer service is horrible. Their manager is super rude, and they don't even care about it. Zara should fix their management! We spend so much at this store and get horrible service. 5/5 for clothes and quality -1/5 for customer service!!!
Very disappointing experience. I drove 50 minutes to this Zara because it's the closest one to my home and arrived 15 minutes before the posted 8:00 PM closing time. I only needed to make a return, not shop. The store security, KARISSA, was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me explain that I had been delayed by heavy Dallas traffic, and said, "I don't care where you came from or how long you drove." Staff are rude and worthless, 18 people in line and 1 of the 2 staff running a register walks off to chat with other staff.
I love the clothing. I just wish they were well staffed
The customer service at the Galleria was awful!! Rudest employees ever.
