I visited the Zara Kids inside Galleria Dallas recently, and my experience was extremely disappointing. A young African American associate was assisting me, and she was professional and attentive. However, Frankie, the manager, interrupted her rudely and did not allow her to finish assisting me. I felt singled out when another customer, who was not African American, was treated with more respect and was allowed to be helped. This is unacceptable. Every time I go to Zara Plano any hour of the day there a huge line for returns. I’ve gone back 3 times and the line was way too long. There is One associate for the massive returnes and 10 associates on the floor staring at their phones. That’s a bad policy to have customers wait so long to make a simple return. It’s at minimum 30-45 minutes to wait. I won’t be shopping there.
