I attempted to make a return at this Zara location and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The gentleman assisting me was incredibly rude from the start. I had removed a sticker from the item, and instead of calmly explaining the policy, he abruptly told me that I could not make the return and that there was nothing he could do. The older Persian lady in the front was extremely rude. She did not check me out at the front however checked out other customers right after telling me that. She also got in a verbal altercation with a older woman because she closed the fitting room at 7:38 PM. The store is not closed until 8 PM and they were yelling at each other across the store which is extremely unprofessional. When I asked her for her name, she said that ”we do not give names out here.”
