First visit was nice. Spacious. Beautiful layout. Love the high tech self check out. The employee that helped me was nice. I'd say their price points have gone up though. Many pieces starting at $40/piece. Many $59.90 items. Plan to shop with a bigger budget next time.
My first terrible experience with ZARA came from using the online store. Ordered about $400 worth of stuff and paid for expedited shipping, so it would arrive at our vacation spot. It never came. I still haven't received a refund for the shipping either, three weeks later. I called ZARA customer service to change the shipping address and they were completely unhelpful.
