I visited this store for the first time a week ago, and I must say, it didn’t impress me. There aren’t enough mirrors, and the walls are plain. To make matters worse, you have to go to the second floor to try on clothes, and you’re expected to be the cashier for yourself. Can you believe that? I’m not a fan of this store.

**Extremely disappointing customer service.** I’ve shopped at this Zara location multiple times, and the customer service has never been great, but today was the final straw. I went to the SouthPark location for an item that was showing as available in multiple sizes. The website specifically instructed customers to ask an employee to retrieve it from the stockroom. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely believe Zara management should be aware of the type of behavior being associated with one of their employees, Penelope, at the SouthPark location. I have screenshots and videos documenting what I believe shows a pattern of harassment toward multiple girls, including threatening messages and situations where other people were allegedly sent to contact or threaten them on her behalf.
