The most unhelpful nastiest staff I’ve ever experienced in a store before. There are SO many employees yet no one greets you, asks if you need help or realize you’re existing. My friend asked for a different size and I said ooof good luck. She came back and said ok that was brutal. Such an awful shopping experience
Cool store
The staff aren’t friendly at all. I asked for help from two associates and they were so cold and dismissive. I even had one of the young ladies walk away from me in the middle of me asking a question. I’m not understanding how they can have this attitude being in a customer service based role. For that alone, I don’t see myself coming back here.
I’m not going to lie, everytime i’ve been in this Zara I have had rude interaction with the staff.When asking questions, they make you feel like an inconvenience or dumb. i understand you get asked crazy things day in and day out, but when the customer is asking politely, please don’t be rude!
They need to hire more help. After standing 10-15 minutes in the Return/Exchange line (because only 1 employee was working), I found out I was standing in the wrong area for pick up orders. They have a very convenient pick up machine that grabs your orders but no signs or anything advising this was what it was for. This was my first time in the store so that was annoying a bit of wasted time.
