I purchased these pants from this store on April 22. I only wore them once, and about two months later, I washed them for the first time. After just one wash, the pants turned into the color you can see now—the original black color faded and turned reddish. I rarely make reviews, but I had the most terrible customer service experience at this store. I don’t blame the workers there because I’m sure they hate their jobs, but it was almost comical at how rude and unhelpful the folks were at this location.

I love this Zara location! It always had the best things, and honestly the employees are great at doing thier job. Many instances where i’m just in line overheating customers complain and give a hard time is just so frustrating for me because the workers don’t deserve that. Many inconsiderate and arrogate people say the worst and makeup the WORST scenarios because they don’t get thier way. There is a reason why this Zara has low and negative reviews. Bad experience, employees are not respectful, go to another location and leave with a positive experience at any other Zara.
