Website claims that store offers repair services, but apparently that is not the case. Spoke to manager who was pretty condescending and wasn’t aware of that the program even existed.
Very disappointed with my experience at Zara Century City. I was charged more than the price printed on the tag attached to the item. The shirt’s original Zara tag clearly showed $45.90, but I was charged $50.38. I only discovered the discrepancy after getting home because the tag was still attached. Customers should be able to trust that the price on the merchandise is the price they’ll pay at checkout. I think Zara needs to reconsider how it selects and trains its store employees. Today I went to return an online purchase, and after waiting for a long time, I was met with an extremely rude cashier. The interaction was unnecessarily disrespectful and left me very disappointed. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard I would expect from Zara.
