Very disappointing experience at the Zara Scarborough Town Centre location. The employee working the women's returns cashier on Sunday, June 28, between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. (wearing a hijab) was rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect. I hope management provides better customer service training so other customers don't have the same experience.
