I wish Zara had an option for negative stars, because one star doesn’t even reflect my experience. I bought two pairs of jeans from Zara, expecting decent quality given the price. Unfortunately, both pairs noticeably faded after just one wash, despite following the care instructions. For the price Zara charges, this is simply unacceptable. I was charged for an item I did not purchase. I called customer service right away and went back to the store as well. They are claiming to not have access to security cameras and refusing to refund me. Absolutely unacceptable and unreal. Update: I contacted Zara and started a case and they refused to refund me for the item I did not purchase. And also refused to look at the security footage to see I did not take that item home. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Extremely rude service, won’t let me go with my sister in the change room to help her with her clothing and says stuff when I accidentally went to pick a pair of boy pants to check the worker she had to rudely make a remark saying it was for men’s . And she keeps coming over to the changing room stall that I was in with my sister and complaining. Never shopping here ever again. The service here is incredible unreliable and disgusting. You guys need better service and better people.

I found an item with a 50% off sticker clearly attached to it, and you could even see the mark where the sticker had been for a while. At checkout, the cashier said it looked like the sticker had just been placed there and refused to honor the discounted price. The situation was handled dismissively, and there was no effort to verify the pricing with a manager. Very disappointing customer service and an unpleasant shopping experience. One of the largest Zara in the area, and guess what for combined Men’s & Womens they only have 1 cashier open… whoever is running here need to be investigated!!!
