While waiting in the return line — which already is already a headache, as you can ONLY do returns in the women’s department — an associate tried to cut the line. All of a sudden he comes out of nowhere and decides to stand in front of the partition, behind the customer who is already being serviced. I overhear him saying to the cashier "I was waiting in the wrong line."
