Horrible customer service. Manager was so rude and snarky, me and my friends were trying very hard to be polite and respectful.
I had a very frustrating experience at Zara NorthPark (Store #6477). I spent $466.56, and the cashier split my items into two bags but only handed me one—without telling me. I didn’t realize until I got home that part of my purchase was missing. I also did realize she didn’t give me my printed receipt even though i specifically ask “what’s the return policy” and requested a receipt since it is required for returns. Good in clothing, bad in staff attitude.
They consistently turn off the feature to have items shipped to the store. As a result I have had so maybe packages stolen with the company they use to deliver VEHO. And customer service is no help. We have to stop supporting these stores that don’t care about service.
I frequent Northpark mall and have for years as I am a North Dallas native. The Northpark Zara location in recent years has declined in service and experience overall. Today, 2/8/26 Josie offered terrible customer service. This is my second bad experience at this location and I now will be making the drive to the Galleria mall in search of a better experience.
