Had Dean come to replace the fan heater. He was friendly, safe and knowledgeable and left no mess. Would definitely have back.

Had Zapt out on recommendation from Awning company. I live near the bay. All was great up until the end when they replaced a vent by drilling extra holes/creating extra rust points when this was not required. I also had to provide them with my own stainless screws which were all used up or broken. When I raised these issues, they poorly argued the point and refused to replace a new $15 vent. In my opinion Zapt was overpriced and underperformed.I will be sticking with my own electrician next time.

We have used Zapt for years now. Always an excellent job! They have completed jobs from ceiling fan installation. Down light installation, outlet installations, circuit board change etc. we have never had any issues. Always a professional job. What is really nice, they clean up after themselves. No finger prints on ceiling or walls. Dust and wires cleaned up. Dean and the boys are very nice to work with. Definitely Will continue to use.
