disreputible-border line criminals – Stay away! I had a dispute with this company 2 years ago. I settled the matter with the collector ($35) and heard nothing more from them and now they have turned the same invoice over to a different bill collector. This is for $35. Now I have to get all of the old information and send it to the new bill collector and argue that this has been settled and that it is the same invoice etc etc or pay it off- again. Welcome to billing hell – We had nothing but problems with this company. They duplicated bills, argued with us about it, added on interest charges, ignored our phone calls and the copies we mailed to help them try to straighten out their own mess. They couldn't have cared less. STAY AWAY FROM ZAP.

For A Bad Job Done Quickly, Call Zap !! – This company hustled us. The manager at Zap Termite And Pest Control and his field technician came on strong talking about their great introductory rates and satisfaction guaranteed for jobs well done. Unfortunately as soon as they had a signed contract and my credit card, the honeymoon was over. The technician did "exclusion work" on our home, which involves using wire mesh to cover any hole large enough to admit rats. Professional and On Time! – I called Zap needing a emergency service, I had ants all over the kitchen and had a party set for that weekend. Zap responded quickly and the young man was very informative and got rid of the ants. The service was so great I had my daughter sign up for service as well and I received $30.00 off my next service. Couldnt ask for much more in these hard times...THANK YOU ZAP!
