HIGHLY UN-RECOMMENDED!!! DON'T GO TO THIS SMOG PLACE! I arrived a 7:50 am to be first and the owner hadn't shown up at 8:15 am when they were supposed to open at * am. Took time off the morning from work to get it done. I called at 8:30 and the owner said, "I was late.".
