Extremely rude. Hung up on me. I asked what their fee was and it was a price gouge. I asked why the fee was so high, he said “there is no question about it, goodbye“ and then hung up.
Great service and a short time ⏲️ I hope others have the same experience in had.
Maybe the coupon is to put up with their curt and unfriendly service. I don’t listen to bad reviews because they’re usually outliers, but this man made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Maybe it was a cultural thing. Maybe I caught him at a bad time. I don’t know. What I do know is that I was in and out of there in MINUTES! They are appropriately named ZAP. I think their speed outweighs their shortcomings of customer service.
Great service at Zap Smog! The owner was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. My smog check was done perfectly, and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this shop!
Fast and friendly service
