Seriously one of the best companies ever!!! Six of our 9 children have used and loved their zap board for years, but I didn't realize how amazing this FL based company was until recently when our son's board snapped. I wasn't told right away and when I was, our 60 day warranty had expired. I decided to reach out to Zap via email, was honest about the timing, and sent photos and proof of purchase. We stopped in to get some traction grips for our sons skimboard and it ended up being the most epic drop in for our son. Dylan really made our drop in special. It’s a total gem of a store. We will definitely be returning. And our son was a little star struck when Dylan came out to help 🤙😆
Went to zap in Venice to drop off a board, ended up buying two more. Lori was absolutely phenomenal. She is the best she probably spent 2 hours with me and my kids showing them the shop helping them pick out boards and traction pads. What a fun experience and a great company.
