Do not go there! – I took my car for service this week. I was only going to change the oil but they told me the car needed something else done. They told me it wasn't going to take long so i said ok. It was a warm day so I couldn't stand the heat and went down to the waiting area to wait for the car. OMG I don't know what was worse, if the heat outside or the one inside in the waiting room. This place, aside from expensive can't afford to have AC for their customers! So I told them to just do the oil change and left.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER, THEY MADE GOOD ON THE PROBLEM AND REIMBURSED ME FOR WHAT THEIR TECHNICIAN DID.

Rip Off Artisits – Avoid this place! They always seem to be out of regular oil so they can upcharge for synthetic. A relative took her car there and they convinced her the car needed an engine flush even though she had the oil changed at regular intervals and the car only had 13,000 miles. If you see this place and are thinking of going there, keep driving. Your wallet will thank you..

BEWARE! – On 6-18-2009 I took my SUV for a oil change during the oil change the technician at zap lube requested that I change the deffrential fluid on the vechicle which he did. On 9-22-09 I started to hear a banging noise coming from underneath the vechicle. I took the car to my mechanic on 9-24-09 the mechanic confirmed that my defferential was damaged the front and back a total cost of $675.00.
