I had a terrible experience with this shop. They installed the wrong oil filter on my car. The filter they used was not the correct one for my 2025 vehicle, which caused the engine to stop receiving oil. As a result, my engine was severely damaged. This was a serious mistake that should never happen at a professional repair shop. Their negligence has cost me an expensive engine repair.
