Thieves. Not only is the wash expensive they stole my GPS tracker. We called them and the manger was very dismissive telling us to just "talk to the guys" instead of making any effort to help locate our missing tracker. They have also stolen change out our car before too.

Rude customer service before going inside the wash. I like to wash my car here but everytime there is different person with a rude behaviour as if they are the only one car wash in the city. The owner is good ik but the reps working here are not good at all I come in a good mood to wash my car and these people working here are super disrespectful. Hope to see some good respectful people working here in professional environment
He visitado el lugar varias veces y no he tenido ningún problema. En el área de lavado siempre reciben el carro con muy buena actitud y disposición para atender sugerencias. El proceso de lavado es automatizado por lo que se entiende que no es perfecto, sin embargo, a la salida del túnel, las personas que detallan y finalizan el proceso son muy eficientes y muchas veces la propia manager del autolavado está ahí para darle instrucciones a los muchachos y para atender a los clientes en caso que tengan dudas o sugerencias.
