Never been unhappy...Better not be for what it costs... This place is expensive (haircuts easily over 40$). However, my money to color & cut my hair is worth a scalp massage, neck & shoulder massage, cappuccino and internet. My colorist does an amazing job and gets it right every time. It's not as uptight as other salons but still maintains a high level of service. I would rather go every few months and spend a bigger amount of money to have it done right. PROS: complimentary neck & shoulder massages... CONS: costly
