Dr Bulaj ignored my mother and would not return her calls. She is an elderly woman who lacked options because very few physicians accept Medicare. She felt hopeless and scared. After deteriorating for several weeks, my mother finally sought care from an emergency department. I had a bad reaction from an immunization. Swelling fingers jaw frozen pain in all joints 2 weeks later and she still has not called. I saw my dentist about my jaw and he said to call my primary care…… so much for that. The RSv respiratory shot is not very safe for people who have weak immune systems.
