She answered all of my questions, took the time to understand my medical history, and ordered blood work. We later followed up through the Intermountain app, where she provided additional recommendations that were very helpful.

Dr Bulaj ignored my mother and would not return her calls. She is an elderly woman who lacked options because very few physicians accept Medicare. She felt hopeless and scared. After deteriorating for several weeks, my mother finally sought care from an emergency department.
