I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn others about my experience. I was billed over $100 for a service, and when I called to question it, the billing representative Lisa repeatedly told me she was too busy to help and that she had other things to tend to.. I tried for weeks to get it corrected and had to go into the office and speak with the manager to get it corrected then she sent the bill to collections without ever contacting me. Do not use this office. If 0 stars were an option, it would be 0. Dishonest or inept. Take your pick. Neither is what you want in a doctor/chiropractor. This doctor immediately began bad mouthing my orthopedic suregon (should've have been the 1st red flag)- saying how awful they were & that they gave me the wrong brace for my other knee which was bone on bone and that the brace I was wearing was not an unloader brace. Wonderful staff. Great care. Always have time to ask questions or discuss issues.
Been coming here for years. I've had a lot of good Drs work on me, but Dr. D has been my absolute favorite. The staff is always so friendly and personable as well.
