Very friendly , nice and caring. My sister test drove the car for me and she fell in love. I trusted her and the process!! Love my new car! Will buy from Zanesville Honda again!!! Kam and Edward were great!
Everyone from Mark my salesman to the finance manager and service department went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back for all our vehicle purchases and service!
This experience was not a positive one. First the tech said I would have to pay an extra 3% if I paid by credit card. They didn’t tell me that when I set up the appt so I could have been prepared to pay differently. The tech did give me $10 off my bill for the inconvenience. Second the tech said my car was done when it wasn’t. He confused my car with another. Third, and the most frustrating, Lorna called to get my feedback and when I relayed these frustrations she hung up on me.
