Does a great job thanks
Dr Shaw was great, it was my first chiropractic experience and he explained what he would do. It did help my lower back pain. Then I had questions about my bill being different than my EOB and was very rudely given the runaround and made to feel stupid. After giving it many tries either the same treatment I called my insurance to intervene and finally got the answer I was looking for. Because of this billing dept I will find another office for my future care.
Dennis is the skilled one here.. the turnover's high, whoever owns it, (no names), doesn't seem to care anymore. Cannot be found for appointments..I've had him, he's not as skilled as his employees. Place is looking shabby and the staff is trying to compensate for bad management from the top. Hate to see this place fall like this.
Rich is an excellent chiropractor. I had the privilege of working with him and his office staff for several years. They are caring and professional. The atmosphere was relaxed and our patients felt like they were part of a family. I moved to Utah 10 years ago and miss working in this office. Zanesvile Chiropractic will take good care of you.
I was very hesitant to start chiropractic treatment, like most I've heard some of the horror stories floating around out there. After dealing with chronic back pain for years I finally said why not. My only regret is I didn't come see the folks at Zanesville Chiropractic sooner. They are friendly, professional and walk you through every step of the process. If your thinking about seeing them, stop thinking and make an appointment.
