I can’t wait to get my stuff out. I get that things happen, but no one at Zanesville's Best did anything after the building flooded. I was notified the day after the flood that my unit was flooded. There were about $500 in damages. They said, you can run it though I insurance. What angers me is they did nothing to compensate me for moving across the entire building, cleaning mud out of my belongings. I lost a lot. See the photos. Guillian was great to work with! Answered all of my questions with much politeness and knowledge, even when I aasked the same question more than once. She was extremely professional and thorough. I left the call feeling very informed and comfortable that I had all of the information needed to utilize the 2 units that I rented. Incredible service by Guillian!
