Rent was raised continuously without improvements to the facility and property for YEARS. Despite the business gutting the facility they refused my deposit. Poor management until recently but the fact remains that things that this establishment should be reviewed before living there.
Friendly neighbors, the loud disruptive ones have been kicked out. Maintenance is kind, and are quick to take care of problems. New washers and dryers in the laundry building. Bug problem has been treated. If you still have bugs, you're probably the problem. Let them know if you have bugs, so they can treat it.
Nice landlord, everytime I got a problem they are here to fix it.
I currently live here, and a neighbor got rouches and now they don't live here but in the meantime of all that they have infested the 132 building. I have told the landlord and they bombed the 1 apartment the people moved out of, so it only made the roaches worse because now they're coming by the bus load to other apartments to eat and hide! I am keeping all proof /phone calls/ everything I can! I have a baby and this is unexpectable and they know this!
