Edit: This place really is working hard to replace things, to renovate apartments, and to upgrade and make things better. Also, they’ve replaced the doorknobs, so no more accidentally locking yourself out, and you don’t even hear doors slamming as much. Things happen I guess. Also they’ve been staying til 8 pm every night trying to install backflow valves on each apartment building. They were transitioning to a new management team, and maybe that was causing some issues. Great place. Close to shopping off a bridge. Street. Management and maintenance is always been on top of everything. It really is a nice place.
Ignores my requests for loud neighbors and people parking in my supposed assigned spot (they assigned MOST spots, and have not stated whether or not they are still assigned to certain apartments, and when I asked, they totally ignored me, including the main office in Gallipolis [lady I spoke to there didn’t even know if we still had assigned spots, and never got back to me]).
