Dr Cook has been my doctor probably 8-9 years and always genuinely concerned, patient, thorough, and appreciative of any information or questions I have to best resolve any past or present issues. Never have I been reluctant to ask or describe details to better help him provide solutions. I even remember my first appointment when I changed doctors I knew immediately his gentle kind personality and intelligence that I was confident Dr Cook would be a great doctor for me.
