The main thing that sold with this firm was the fact that I was able to talk to David Zand (lawyer) almost immediately. Every other firm I contacted I had to go through clerks and case managers. Once I did talk to David and he assured me I had a pretty good case. I was then handed over to a case manager that was supposed to give me timelines and updates.
